Terms & Conditions

1. Securing Your Date

To reserve your proposal date, a booking fee of $250 is required.
This payment confirms your booking and signifies acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Please note, dates are not held without a deposit.

2. Payment Schedule

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your proposal date.
For bookings made within 7 days, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

All pricing is listed in AUD and includes GST.

3. Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can evolve, however the following applies:

  • More than 14 days’ notice – booking fee retained; remaining balance refunded excluding any non-recoverable supplier costs

  • 7–14 days’ notice – 50% of the total booking value will be retained

  • Less than 7 days’ notice – full payment is non-refundable

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

4. Public Holiday Bookings

A surcharge of $200 applies to bookings scheduled on public holidays.

5. Weather Considerations

As many proposals take place outdoors, weather can occasionally impact plans. We strongly recommend considering a backup option.

  • Date changes made with at least 3 days notice can be accommodated (subject to availability)

  • Where possible, we can relocate your proposal to an indoor or sheltered setting (additional fees may apply)

  • If proceeding without a backup option, a portion of your booking may be retained to cover perishable elements such as florals and styling

6. Venue Access & Permissions

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access is granted to all proposal locations, including hotels or private venues.

For hotel-based proposals, prior arrangement with management is required to allow our team entry.

Certain public locations may require permits — we are happy to assist in arranging these where needed.

We cannot be held responsible for inability to deliver services due to denied access or restrictions outside of our control.

7. Photography & Additional Services

Clients are welcome to organise their own photographer or choose from our trusted suppliers.

Any third-party services booked through us are subject to their own terms and are non-refundable, though may be transferable if your date changes.

Final delivery timelines and inclusions will be confirmed at the time of booking.

We may use imagery from your proposal for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Styling & Florals

Every proposal is thoughtfully curated with attention to detail. While we always aim to source your preferred selections, seasonal availability may require substitutions.

In such cases, we will ensure alternatives are of equal or greater quality, aligned with your overall vision, but most times I can let you know upon booking.

9. Inclusivity

We proudly celebrate love in all its forms. Every proposal is designed with care, inclusivity, and intention, honouring your unique story.

10. Discretion

We understand the importance of maintaining the element of surprise. All efforts are made to ensure your proposal remains confidential and seamlessly executed.

11. Responsibility & Liability

While we take the utmost care in delivering your experience, we are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or damage to property during or after the proposal

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by external factors beyond our control (including weather, traffic, or venue restrictions)

12. Timing & Extensions

Your booking is scheduled within a specific timeframe.

If delays occur and additional time is required, extension fees may apply and are subject to availability.
Any additional costs incurred (including venue, staffing, or supplier overtime) will be the responsibility of the client.
